Inspection & Maintenance
Boltdown can run inspections and maintain your presses and ancillary equipment on a 6 monthly basis to ensure your presses are in good working order.
Boltdown carry out thorough mechanical and electrical HSG 236 inspections in line with the HSE guidance. Our checks include earth loop faults, insulation resistance, and electrical inspections with EN60204-1 testing for voltage drop and non destructive crack testing of critical mechanical components.
